Important Return Instructions
- Please use a trackable shipping service or obtain a proof of postage receipt.
- If completing a customs declaration form, ensure the package is clearly marked as “RETURNED GOODS.”
- The most cost-effective return option is standard airmail through your local post office with proof of shipping.
Information to Include in Your Return
Please include a short note inside your return package containing:
- Date of purchase
- Full name and/or business name
- Email address used to place the order
Refund Conditions
- Once your return is received and processed, 100% of the product purchase price will be refunded.
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and are non-refundable.
- To qualify for a refund, all items must be returned, including used, unused, bundled, or free promotional products.
Please note: If a return package is lost, damaged, stolen, or misdelivered and no tracking or proof of postage is provided, we will be unable to process a refund.
Damaged Orders
In the unlikely event that your order arrives damaged, you must notify us within 48 hours of delivery and retain all original packaging and products.
Damage reported after the 48-hour window cannot be claimed through our courier, and unfortunately, we will be unable to provide a free replacement.
To submit a damage claim, please email support@callnature.com with:
- A brief description of the damage
- At least two (2) clear photos showing damage to the bottle, label, cap, or product
- One to two (1–2) photos of the outer packaging showing any signs of damage, leakage, or tearing
Failure to provide the required photographic evidence may delay or prevent claim processing.
